In 2018 I was run down with an autoimmune disorder, 40lbs overweight, and on the cusp of a breakdown. One practitioner told me I was fine, the next practitioner told me I should get rid of a couple kids in order to be healthy (spoiler alert: I kept having more!), the last practitioner told me everything I didn't want to hear, but her advice changed my life... and that's just what I aim to do to yours. My passion is to help you realign your mind, body, & spirit. It's my honor to serve you.

Peace comes when our bodies get back to how they were designed to function. Before the fall of man, our bodies were intricately designed to release and heal from a toxic environment. This tells me that we've been equipped with everything we need to live a healthy and whole lifestyle. When we release blame, guilt, and fear from our journey, we stop handing the outcome of our health to things outside of our control and start listening to what our bodies have to say about it.
